Decree 40/2019 stipulated the restructuring of the National Oil and Gas Authority (NOGA) under the presidency of Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Oil, and the following members:

  1. Shaikh Salman bin Khalifaa bin Salman Al Khalifa.
  2. Khalid Amro Al Romaihi.
  3. Shaikh Tariq bin Mohammed Al Khalifa.
  4. Dr. Fayez Hashem Al Sada.
  5. Engineer Faisal Mohammed Al Mahroos.
