Bahrain Oil Investment Meeting with UAE and Occidental
His Excellency Shaikh Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance, Minister in Charge of the Oil and Gas Affairs held a meeting on Monday, February 17, with His Excellency Engineer Suhail Mohamed Al Mazrouei. Minister of Energy, United Arab Emirates and Chairman of Mubadala Petroleum and Mr. Sandy Lowe, head of International Production, in US based Occidental company.
They discussed ways to strengthen and revitalize oil investment in the Kingdom of Bahrain, particularly with regard to a project to develop the Bahrain Field.
They also discussed the contribution of each of Nogaholding Company, Mubadala and Occidental, the investment companies related to oil development projects.
The meeting was attended by a number of officials from Nogaholding, Mubadala and Occidental.
