Energy Minister Congratulates Promotion Head
Minister of Energy His Excellency Dr. Abdul Hussain bin Ali Mirza received in his NOGA office on March 10 Dr. Hassan Al Fardan, Head of Promotion and Conferences in the Coordination and Follow-up Directorate at the Strategies and Planning Affairs, on the occasion of his receiving the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration with honors from Monarch University, Switzerland, for his study about the impact of individualism and collective culture on the behaviour of exchange and sharing of knowledge among public sector employees in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
H.E. Dr. Mirza congratulated Dr. Al Fardan on receiving the scientific testimony and wished him every success, expressing his pleasure that NOGA has always sought to support and assist its employees to increase their education and raise their efficiency and functional abilities and enable them for the benefit and interest their productivity at work.
Dr. Al Fardan thanked the Minister for his continued support that contributed to the achievement. He also thanked all officials and colleagues for their continuous and fruitful cooperation.
