Minister of Energy Dr. Abdul Hussain bin Ali Mirza received in his office a delegation from MB Petroleum Services Company, headed by Mr. Khamis Al Hinai, General Manager - Operations, who were on a visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain. MB Petroleum Services provides integrated drilling and maintenance services for oil and gas wells in Bahrain and elsewhere, and is currently working with Tatweer Petroleum Company in Bahrain Oil Field.

The Minister praised the significant progress made by the petroleum services company since its inception in 1982 and its operation spread over more than 17 countries. He also praised the company’s efforts in recruiting and training qualified Bahraini staff in the field of petroleum drilling and associated services.

Mr. Al Hinai and members of the accompanying delegation expressed their gratitude and appreciation to the Minister and to the National Oil and Gas Authority (NOGA) officials for the warm reception and hospitality received as well as for their cooperation and continued support for the company.

The meeting was attended by Mr. Anwar Khalaf, Advisor, Minister’s Office.
