Minister of Energy Meets Shura Member Baqer
Minister of Energy His Excellency Dr. Abdul Hussain bin Ali Mirza met yesterday Shura Council member Mohammad Hassan Baqer.
The Minister praised Mr. Baqer for his efforts with his fellow members of the Shura Council, stressing their leading role to question and discuss the various projects, laws and resolutions that have a great impact in improving the standard of living of all citizens.
They also discussed several topics related to the citizens and the nation, and in the interest of the evolution of the democratic process in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Dr. Mirza praised the cooperation between the energy sector and the Shura Council.
Mr. Baqer expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Minister for his efforts in the development of the Kingdom's energy sector through the implementation of numerous programmes and strategic projects in the vital sector. This would make Bahrain a regional centre for international oil projects, he said.
