Minister Pays Tribute to Bahrain-UK Energy Ties
Minister of Energy His Excellency Dr. Abdul Hussain bin Ali Mirza praised the historical relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United Kingdom in all fields, including oil and gas and energy sector during a meeting with His Excellency Iian Lindsay, UK Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain in Dr. Mirza's office at the National Oil and Gas Authority (NOGA) on Thursday 2nd of Feb 2011.
The Minister welcomed the Ambassador to the Kingdom, praising his efforts to promote the historical relations between the two friendly countries.
They discussed several topics related to oil and gas, energy and world oil markets. They also addressed areas of cooperation between NOGA and British oil companies.
The Ambassador expressed his appreciation to Dr. Mirza for the warm welcome and the topics discussed which helped promote cooperation in the energy sector. He praised the efforts of the Minister to develop the energy sector in Bahrain, wishing further progress and prosperity of the Kingdom.
