Minister of Energy H.E. Dr. Abdul Hussain bin Ali Mirza, met in his office at the National Oil and Gas Authority (NOGA) the General Manager of JP Morgan Bank's Bahrain branch, Ali Moussa, and his accompanying delegation from National Bank of Bahrain and Gulf International Bank in the presence of His Excellency Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Chief Executive Officer of the nogaholding company and Engineer Jassim Al Shirawi, General Manager of Oil and Gas Affairs, NOGA.

The Minister praised the developmental role played by the banking sector in the economic development in the Kingdom of Bahrain, praising the efforts of the banking leaders in directing investments to national projects in Bahrain. He wished them every success in contributing to the development strategy and governance goals.

They discussed a number of key oil sector topics and reviewed ways to strengthen future cooperation between the banking sector and NOGA to serve the investment interests of the national oil and gas projects in Bahrain.

Mr. Moussa and the accompanying delegation expressed gratitude and appreciation to the Minister for the warm reception, saying the meeting offered a good opportunity to strengthen cooperation and share developments in the energy sector.
