His Excellency Dr. Abdul Hussain bin Ali Mirza, Minister of Energy,   received. H.E. Dr. Mohammed Abdul Ghaffar Adviser to His Majesty the King for Diplomatic Affairs and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Bahrain Center for Strategic and International Studies and Energy on  3 Aug.

His Excellency the Minister of Energy welcomed H.E. Dr. Mohamed bin Abdul  Gaffar,  praised  his efforts in the development of the Bahrain Center for Strategic and International Studies, and Energy. Several energy and economic related issues were discussed. Other topics of discussion included  cooperation between the National Oil and Gas Authority and, Electricity and Water Authority and the Bahrain Center for Strategic and International Studies and Energy for the benefit and interest of energy sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

H.E. Dr. Mohammed Abdul Ghaffar  expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to His Excellency the Minister for the good reception and for the discussion of issues related to energy. Dr. Abdul Ghaffar also congratulated His Excellency the Minister of Energy on the occasion of the promulgation of Royal Decree  No. (30) for the year 2011, on the appointment of H.E. as a  member of the Board of Trustees of the Bahrain Center for Strategic and International Studies and Energy.  He pointed out that the presence of His Excellency Dr. Abdul Hussain and his fellow members of the Board of Trustees of the Centre will contribute to the development of programs and plans for the Center.
