Minister of Energy Receives Oil and Gas Year Delegation
Minister of Energy His Excellency Dr. Abdul Hussain bin Ali Mirza received in his office at the Electricity and Water Authority (EWA) on Monday, January 23, a delegation from the publication 'Oil and Gas Year'.
The delegation consisting of journalists and other officials are currently on a visit to the Kingdom in connection with the publishing the magazine's annual report for 2012 on developments in the fields of oil and gas in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The Minister praised the group for publishing informative reports related to oil and gas, and the energy sector. He expressed satisfaction with the magazine's role in the dissemination of reports, data and information of importance to various sectors of the economy.
He discussed several energy issues and topics related to the world oil markets with the delegation, including those addressed by the NOGA projects implemented by national oil and gas companies and affiliates.
Dr. Mirza expressed happiness and promised NOGA cooperation to achieve the objective of the delegation's visit towards the Oil and Gas Year 2012 annual report.
The delegation expressed gratitude and appreciation to the Minister and the Authority officials and oil companies for their fruitful cooperation, praising the issues discussed and the positive remarks made by Dr. Mirza, and said those would be published in the magazine's 2012 report.
