Secretary-General Congratulates Dr. Al Fardan on PhD
Dr Ahmed Ali Al Sharyan, Secretary General of NOGA received in his office Mr Ali A. Jabbar Al Sawad, General Manager of Strategies and Planning Affairs accompanied by Dr. Hassan Jawad Al Fardan, Head of Promotion and Conferences in the Coordination and Follow-up Directorate, on the occasion of his receiving a PHD degree in management with honors from the University of Monarch, Switzerland. His research revolved around the impact of national culture on knowledge sharing between public sector employees in the Kingdom of Bahrain, completed under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Donald York, Oxford.
Dr. Al Sharyan congratulated Dr. Al Fardan for receiving the advanced certificate, wishing him all success, stressing that NOGA has always been eager and happy to support and assist employees who wished to pursue higher studies and raise their competencies and skills, enabling them to benefit in career progression, improved productivity and bigger responsibilities.
Dr. Al Fardan expressed his gratitude and appreciation to Dr Al Sharyan and to Mr. Al Sawad for their constant support, which contributed to his success. He also thanked all NOGA officials and his colleagues for their continued, productive cooperation.
