H.E. Shaikh Ahmed Chairs Tatweer Board Meeting
H.E. Shaikh Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance, Minister in charge of Oil and Gas Affairs, Chairman of Tatweer Petroleum chaired the Board of Directors Meeting for Tatweer, which was held earlier today at the company’s main office in Suefra and attended by representatives of Tatweer shareholders: Nogaholding, Mubadala and Occidental Petroleum companies.
During the meeting, H.E. Shaikh Ahmed and members of the Board reviewed the company’s corporate matters and operations.
The Minister expressed deep gratitude to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, the Prime Minister, and HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier, for their relentless support to Tatweer and to the oil and gas industry in Bahrain in general.
He also commended the dedication of the management and the employees of Tatweer and their continued efforts to increase oil and gas production and enhance Bahrain’s economy.
