H.E. Dr Abdul Hussain bin Ali Mirza  Minister of Oil & Gas Affairs, Chairman of National Oil & Gas Authority and Chairman of Tatweer Petroleum Company chaired the fifth Board of Directors meeting on 24th January 2011 at 12:30 PM in Tatweer Petroleum’s Main Offices. The meeting was attended by representatives from Occidental, Mubadala and Nogaholding Companies as members of the Board of Directors.

          

The meeting was opened by H.E. The Minister and after approving last meeting’s minutes, then the Board discussed the items on the agenda;

a) The Employment Policy.

b) Review of organization management structure

c) Risk Management Plan

d) Internal Financial Control

The meeting also, discussed future plans of oil & gas production to meet the future requirements of the Kingdom.

H.E. The Minster Dr. Mirza thanked His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, The Prim Minister HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa and  HRH Prince Salman Bin Hamad Al Khalifa, The Crown Prince and Deputy Commander of the BDF for their wise leadership and support to the oil and gas sector in Bahrain.

H.E. also thanked the management and employees of Tatweer Petroleum for their continued efforts and dedication to develop Bahrain Field.
