Request for a Pre-Approval to Import Petroleum Products of the Single-Use Type
Issuance of single-use permits to import petroleum products, according to specific requirements.
Required Documents
- Commercial invoice.
- Packing list.
- Product data (upon request).
- Certificate of Origin (upon request).
- Product inspection certificate.
- Declaration letter stating the purpose of import (upon request)
- Certificate of Oil Material Warehouse from the General Directorate of Civil Defense (upon request)
- Safety certificate from the Inspection Branch of the Protection and Safety Department of the General Directorate of Civil Defense
- Validity of the Permit: Three months from the date of issuance.
Duration
- 3 working days: (from the date of fulfilling all requirements and required documents) are fulfilled.

- No fees are required for this service.

Submit the application through the OFOQ system ofoq.gov.bh
Send a notification of the application to the email Licensing@Moo.gov.bh
