His Excellency Mr. Yousif bin Abdul Husain Khalf, Minister of Labour and Minister of Legal Affairs, said that the message delivered by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of Bahrain, may God protect and preserve him, in his address to the media, reflects a firm national approach and confirms His Majesty’s keenness to safeguard the homeland, protect its security, preserve its achievements, and uphold citizens’ rights—thereby reaffirming the primacy of national interest and the clarity of the stance on everything that touches the Kingdom’s sovereignty and stability.

The Minister noted that the security and stability of the Kingdom of Bahrain represent an absolute national priority, and a shared responsibility that calls for the concerted efforts of all segments of society. He emphasized that the cohesion of the people of Bahrain—foremost the national workforce—and their unity around the leadership of His Majesty the King, may God protect and preserve him, form the essential pillar for ensuring the sustainability of the development march and reinforcing the foundations of stability.

He added that any threat to the security of the homeland, or any cooperation with its enemies, is rejected nationally before it becomes a legal offense. He also stated that treason against the homeland, as well as any leniency toward the unlawful Iranian attacks targeting lives and property and aiming at Bahrain’s achievements, is condemned.

Mr. Khalf stressed that national responsibility requires a clear and unequivocal condemnation of the unlawful Iranian aggression, affirming that there will be no tolerance for betrayal of the homeland, and that belonging to it is a dignity to be preserved.

The Minister also praised the pivotal role played by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, may God protect him, in translating His Majesty the King’s vision and aspirations into practical initiatives and steps that strengthen the homeland’s security and stability, and propel the wheel of comprehensive development forward in this bright era.

He concluded by renewing his pledge of loyalty to His Majesty the King, may God protect and preserve him, and continuing to work in accordance with the directives of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to do everything that enhances the homeland’s security and stability and preserves its achievements. He prayed to the Almighty to protect the Kingdom of Bahrain and to perpetuate upon its honorable people the blessings of security, stability, and prosperity, under the wise leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, may God protect and preserve him.
