Minister of Energy His Excellency Dr. Abdul Hussain bin Ali Mirza received in his office at the National Oil and Gas Authority (NOGA) the Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the 4th Middle East Maintenance Conference and Exhibition Engineer Nizar Al Shammasi and a number of organizing committee members in the presence of Dr. Ahmed Ali Al Sharyan, the NOGA General Secretary and Mr. Ali Abdul Jabar Al Sawad, General Manager, Strategies and Planning.

The Minister praised the efforts and outstanding role of the Chairman and the accompanying delegation in organizing high level conferences and specialized events in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Engineer Al Shammasi requested the Minister’s Patronage for the fourth edition of the Middle East Maintcon series, which will be hosted by Bahrain from December 11 to 14, 2016 at the Gulf Hotel, organised by the Gulf Society for Maintenance Professionals (GSMP) in cooperation with the Bahrain Society of Engineers (BSE) in coordination with NOGA. H.E. Dr. Mirza accepted the request and expressed his happiness to patronise the event. He said the support extended to specialized conferences and exhibitions contributed to positioning the status of the Kingdom of Bahrain as the ideal venue in the Middle East for holding local, regional and international exhibitions, conferences and seminars.

Engineer Al Shammasi and the accompanying delegation expressed their deep gratitude to the Minister for the warm reception and his valuable Patronage. They thanked him for discussing important matters, including several regulatory aspects concerning organising events. They praised the constant support from the Minister for the conference.
